Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. To secure a booking you would need to send a 20% deposit with the balance payable up to 6 weeks before your stay. A refundable £200 security deposit is also payable with the final balance.
The price includes normal usage of utilities (electricity, water etc), use of baby equipment, and end-of-stay cleaning (although we do expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition). Bedlinen and towels are not supplied, so guests are requested to bring their own or they can arrange bed linen rental through us. Please ask for details. UK-sized duvets and pillows are provided.
